FAQ Database   How can I help prevent large quantities of spam?   Most spammers will send out emails with a common alias like: sales@domain.com The default setup of your email is configured to deliver all incoming mail with an invalid alias (username) to your administator users mailbox. This configuration is determined by an alias named catch-all. To remove this from happening, you must remove the catch-all alias from your mail account aliases. to do this: 1: Login to your site control panel here: http://www.domain.com/admin 2: Click on the ALIASES link on the left under E-MAIL 3: Click on the Trashcan to the right of catch-all. This will REMOVE it. If you wish to have all these emails BUT be sent to another mailbox, then you can simply change the destination of the catch-all alias.
